I would tell everyone about God and teach the salvation.
humanity, intergrity, humiliate, love, etc.

Establish micro-republics. maybe we could call it subset democracy. people have a vote on what they want to have a vote on. if they don't want to have a vote on an issue, they just exist in the larger circle. like that 50% of americans. voters of a feather flock together.
Then first order of business is put to vote the world law: no stealing, no cheating, no killing. If that law fails, I quit and go live in the Seychelles. If it passes? welllllll! I got decisions!
First decision: What to do with the media? and that 90% of people that really do want to be told what to do and think? ok I quit.
No wait! Abolish the media. of course! sometimes the simplest answer is the hardest to see.
Second decision: Is implanting computer chips in everyone's brain so that everyone instantly knows what everyone else is doing, thinking, and saying and REALLY meaning, really important? ok i quit.
wait! would there be a law against programs that discern popularity? Yes? I guess I could write that law couldn't I?
wait a minute! a law against knowing what other people think? ok I quit.
It would be much easier to be a tyrant than a king!
our technology hasn't reached the point of enabling a king. we are still at tyrant.0

I would try to be the King of the whole universe. What? You think I got to be King of the earth by being content?

Can i be Queen?!
1) I would wipe history
2) People would no longer be bitter
3) I would remove all criminals - from murderers, rapists and genocide warriors and place them on an undiscovered island where they would be unable to escape
4) I would collect every country's wealth and distribute it among the world according to their size and their needs whilst eradicating any country’s debt.
5) Education and medical services would be provided for free
6) But alcohol, obesity and drugs related illnesses would be paid for by the sick person
7) A complete review of the legal system

Bomb terrorist groups with deadly chemicals that would give them generations after generations of abnormality. That would get them to think about the misery they have put the world into.

I would combat poverty in the middle east (well i would try anyway) and i would try to help the world live in harmony, no wars, no suicide bombers and no children living a life of misery.

reduce polution.
get every one to link hand in hand and sweep accross the world like a huge detole swab, find the scum and off with their heads.
