There is a Newstead Abbey, which I believe is a school?
Basically you can get married anywhere that has applied for (and got) a licence to hold marriage ceremonies. - It may be possible to check with the local registry office for this.

Its Newton Abbey, and its a town not an abbey! There maybe an abbey there u'll have to check.
