Basically, I had sex with this girl, the condom broke but i withdrawled in time. We broke up, and last week (a month later) she said she was pregnant. She said she took the home pregnancy test. Then she went to the doctor who said she wasn't pregnant and just to watch her period. She still hasn't gotten her period and it's been a week since she told me she was pregnant. What is happening? Is she messing with me or what?

Did you go with her to the dcotor? You usually do not have false positive pregnancy tests. You need to find out for sure. How old is she?? We all have missed periods in our youth.

She very well could be messing with you.
Not getting your period can be much more than being pregnant. Stress, sudden weight loss or gain, hormone imbalance, can all result in not getting your period.
If she doesn't start within a few weeks, go with her to the doctor for another check up. If she isn't pregnant, she really should see her gyno to find out what is wrong.
Speaking from personal experience. A guy I worked with had a girl lead him on for 6 months, to then say I lost the baby. It was a ploy to keep him around. This is one reason I say to go to the doctor with her, to make sure that everything is on the up and up.

I was so sick with my first pregnnacy that I did 'nt really thimk I was pregnant becuse my periods were never regular. So I ended up having to go to the ER for dehydration cause I was so sick and they did a pregnancy test and they said it was negative that I had a stomach virus and gave me medicine for it and after about another week I was still sick as a dog so my sister bought me a home pregnancy test and when I took it it was postive but the lines were faint and I called my DR cause the lines were faint he said it was still positve and I was pregnant so it is possible she is pregnant. Go buy one of those Clear Blue easy pregnancy tests it costs a little more but they are pretty accurate and it is like digital. Good Luck to you.

make her call the doctor and specifically ask for a test called quantative hcg. its just a little blood drawn from the arm. if she is pregnant that test will definately tell, unless she has had a previous pregnancy that resulted in a hydatidiform mole and her hcg was not watch careful enough, (in which case that may be causing the feeling like she is pregnant). Hcg is called the "pregnancy hormone." If she is pregnant the test will show, just be out front about it and ask for serious proof, if she doesn't step forward... run!

It's likely that she is messing with you. Though it has been known for the pregnancy hormone HCG not to show up for another month. My suggestion would be to go to another doctor in about a week and get a second opinion. This time insist on going with her. If she insisted she's PG the ob/gyn will do an ultrasound to confirm. And trust me if there is anything in the uterus you will see it. Good luck.
And if she is messing with you shame on her, its bitches like that, that get women a bad rap.

she could be messing wit u or she could be serious...sometimes...even though its very rare some people dont get a positive result until they are bout 5 months pregnant...usually when a girl is pregnant she can tell cuz her body changes and she can still have her period and be pregnant also...all u can do is wait...if she don't get n e bigger or start n e changes then she not but if u start seeing changes then u know what that means....u gon be a father...and u can also have got her pregnant off pre *** 2

If the Dr says she's not pregnant, then she isn't. If she is still insisting she is pregnant, ask her to provide proof. An 8 week ultrasound picture should suffice.

If the doctor said he wasn't then maybe she is just messing with you. Stress can cause girls periods to get messed up, maybe she's just stressed about breaking up with you.
