In terms of dirty air, Los Angeles and Houston trade off for #1 & #2 year to year. In other terms, it would be quite difficult to determine the dirtiest city; there are just too many unmeasureable variables.

Before Orleans it was New York City. he city that rules over every which state. The city that has a serious problem with over-crowded-ness. Tourists, civilians, and money.

The streets are piolluted the air is polluted, the pigeons are dieased, the people are crazy..

Trenton or Bound Brook, NJ...very small cities in jersey but the smaller they are the dirtier they are I've noticed (at least in jersey)

NEW ORLEANS. If you have not lived there you dont know. The streets constantly stick of beer, vomit and pee! Its the nastiest thing I have ever smelled in my life!
