If you're having pain, you should call the doctor. But also remember that when you are on the pill, you don't actually ovulate. And ovulating causes real cramps and pressure as you are describing. Having a cycle off the pill is nothing like being on the pill. If you are concerned, call your doctor. As far as trying to conceive, keep in mind that it's very normal for it to take up to a year of active trying to get pregnant for people without any problems.

You may not be ovulating because of cysts on your ovaries and the cramping may be coming from them. I had cyst on my ovaries but I never felt them or had the cramping. I saw my ob/gyn when I couldn't get pregnant and he told me not to worry to keep trying. I went and got a second opinion and the doctor did a sonogram and sure enough I had cysts on both my ovaries and fibroids on my uterus. I was scheduled to have surgery to remove the cysts and the day of the surgery I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child. When trying for our 2nd I got pregnant right away, now I have a 4 yr old son and 1 yr old daughter. Get checked by a doctor.

You are having that (cramps)because you went off the pill. It just part of getting older it goes away. You cannot fell pre cancerous cells you have to have a pap to find that out.It may take up to a year after being off the pill to conceive . You need to see your doctor telling them you are trying so you can take the prenatal vitamins needed

You should probably see your doctor, but if you just got off the pill, cramping and periods are worse when you're not on it--at least for me anyway. It's a good idea to go to the doc for a check-up, at least to ease your mind. It could be something as simple as a muscle strain, but it's always best to get a professional opinion. Good luck. ;)

I can take a while for your cycle to normalize after coming off the pill. It also depends on how long you were on the pill for.
You should visit your Dr though for the pain because that is abnormal, imo.

Honey, you don't need to be asking us, you need to be getting your butt to the OB/GYN office and asking them! With a history like that, it's best to get the professionals' opinion.
