dream and see yourself in a coffin dead. dream and feel like flying, free as a bird. dream and swim like a fish, watching beauty in silence. dream and run into the forest and smell the trees and flowers, touch the catydids and butteflies and drink from a brook, prestine cool waters oozing from the heart of nature.

dream is under the main title EMOTION. no one dared to explain a dream, you can not explain emotion so how could you materialize a definition of dream. some says it is a continuation of a days activity, but it runs counter when experienced. is it an aspiration? a longing? a need? want. cravings. to some it is the only hope. no frustration in dreams because it comes so easily at night. to some it is a macabre thing, and trouble sleep follows and death becomes natural. to some it is a fullfillment of a chasm, a notice, a warning, fair warning of something evil to come.

to some it is an annoucement of a blessing, something nice, good and fullfilling. to some it is life itself. we go about it, live with it and more often than not, look after it, hope for it and rely on it. what is dream really? with dreams we see the past, the present and the future of our lives. other people like mind and card readers make money out of it, but can they really explain dreams? dream and see me there in an island full of antiquities, of white sands, resceding sunset pale gold sun touching the waters. the shadow of the sun reflected on the ocean cascading towards you as you watch the horizon disappear in pale crimson, blue and gold of cool waters that cools the mind... dream. dream

I think there are different types of dreams. Some come from inside you, like you mentioned, the day's experiences re-hashed, so to speak, but I believe that there are some dreams that are outside of ourselves that cannot be explained. They can even happen when you are not asleep (although, I'd call that a "vision" rather than a dream, when you ruminate upon a thought and get "caught up" or "swept up" in it's vista.) Some dreams are common ones that are shared by others. For instance, my husband and I were watching this one movie where this guy was having a dream about a landscape filled with breasts. I thought it was so cartoonie, but my husband suddenly exclaimed: "I've had dreams like that!" And we had a good laugh, then a good discussion about certain dreams we share. I think we are all connected. Living and dead. Who knows for sure? I don't think that the strictest experiment on dreams and dreaming can nail down exactly what they are, since they are also very individual and intensely personal.

A dream is either a wish that your heart makes or a jumble of thoughts put into another dimension. The good question that should be asked is, what do these dreams mean. Sometimes, these dreams lead you to the path to the future or give you a perspective on your own emotions. Whatever you feel it is, that is what it is. I just gave you what I have gathered from watching shows about dreams and other mysteries.

Wow!!!! I like the way you write it. You can make this as a poem or if you want, I can have this as a song wherein I will put its melody..... You as the lyricist and I will be its composer. What do you think? Will you allow me?
Dream is a part of your everyday life. You're not aware that you will dream about it but it's already there in your subconscious mind. It will serve as a warning the following day or for the days to come. If you will see yourself in a coffin, well it's bad. If you're flying high with positive mood, that means success. Our dreams have lots of meanings.

Dreams are the unconscious mind letting go. Some say all minds are related to the One Mind.

As such, dreams are not related to emotions, but are related to perceptions.

Dreams can be interpreted. They can provide answers to our problems. But the first and foremost reason we dream is that our minds need release just as our bodies need rest. Perhaps we are overly preoccupied with a problem. Our dreams will release our minds from this preoccupation through a dream, often providing the answer to the problem. Not all dreams provide answers.

The release of our unconscious mind is a dream.

Not everyone can interpret dreams. There is no one system to interpret dreams. Dream interpretation is a gift.

We can learn to interpret our own dreams.

My personal thought is that the electrical impulses of the brain that cause to think during the day have no completion whrn we slep therefore the thought process becomes a dream. Spiritually speaking I have expiienced dreams which I believe to be communications from GOD. Sometimes a warning to pray for someone to prevent a certain situation from occurring.

Dreams are a filing system for the brain. They discard all the unnecessary crap out randomly, which makes them nonsensical. Since it's 1:30 in the morning, I think it's time for me to go do some of my own.

BTW, your prologue helped put me to sleep.

A dream is a language, the language of the unconscious mind. It is a language that we can learn to understand. Our consciousness is just the tip of a huge iceberg. Dreams come from below the waves. LISTEN TO THEM.
