I think some itching powder inserted into the costumes may come up with some pretty interesting routines from scratch.

we always picked the song, and any chents that we wanted in it.
picked a starting formation. nad the stints that we wanted in there. then went from there to get to the spots we needed to be in for the stunts. ok it is hard to just put it all in a little box here so i hope this helps you get started.

Our Squad usually picks favorite songs and we designate somebody on the squad that is good with mixing music to mix the music. then we listen to it and everybody thinks of good ideas that would look super awesome in it. we incorporate everybodys ideas into one. then we perfect it. and thats basically what our squad does. = ))
