How about a black silver-sequined halter top with a solid black trumpet skirt, silver shawl, silver bangles (maybe 10 on each arm?), black cross laced sandals where the laces go up to mid-
calf and a black leather cowboy hat with a silver feather band around the crown. Kewl.
