Indian team management recently conducted some camps, which involves tedious set of exercises, generally given to soldiers. It really was a new experience for the boys. But sudden introduction of physically demanding tasks might have lead to some injuries to few players. I agree, only light dose of exercises were given. But they demand different muscular actions. That might have caused some injuries. What do you guys think??

(I haven’t visited this place for some time now. Few things have changed here! Y!answers looks cool with the new look)

thats not true, these kind of exercises are not new, but a combination of various tasks in on. these helps to strengthen the muscles in group instead of on muscle. so less strain on one muscle.
