There never really is a best time to have kids. A good time to have kids is one you have a good relationship with someone and both want kids. Make sure the man and woman are willing to take care of the kids and love them with all their heart.

the best time medically the books say is between the age of 25 and 30. but generally, as long as you're menstruating, you can get pregnant.

and more important, you must be ready to take care of the baby. it's a full time job. =)

goodluck. =)

The best time to have children is when you are in a stable relationship (preferably married), when you are finincially responsible enough to have enough to feed, clothe, educate you child. When you have enough to pay any medical expenses you and your child may have, and are able to put a roof over you and your childs head, food in their stomachs, and cothes on their back.
