my sister and a boy have been friends for a very long time, when they went out together for lunch he shook like a leaf. there is nothing romantic in this situation, there JUST FRIENDS, help us!

Shaking is usually a physical reaction to fear, which on a lighter level can be anxiety. Maybe he does have an attraction to your sister... or maybe he was just nervous in a social situation that he didn't feel comfortable in?
If it's a concern & their friendship is strong it may help if your sister is honest with him by highlighting to him that he was shaking... then they can talk about it & clear the air. He may not even be aware of it himself?!

I guess there is something in his heart he cant share it for a reason, he could be shy but am not sure any way if your sister doesn't want this relation to go to the next level then i recommend she stop going out with him

He is unsure of his social skills and he was put into a situation where he knew he may be embarrassed. Hence his anxiety and shaking.

Sometimes when people are in awe of someone else they react differently.
personally I laugh alot but to each his own and the guy definately fancies someone either you or your sister!
