It's disgusting and I have not yet discovered a really good way of getting rid of them.

The best way to prevent them from sticking so bad is to wax the car at the beginning of the summer. Not only will this protect your paint and make it last longer, but it will not let the bugs stick so bad. And the ones that do will come off easier. But if a simple wash and scrub with soap and water does not take the bugs off, any local auto parts store, or even wal mart carries a bug and tar remover. This works really well. But since it is so strong, make sure you follow the directions for using it.

Hope this helps!

I'm so glad you asked! I use simple green and a soft spunge, with some added elbow grease....I swear to you it works wonders, try it!......of course, it works best with warmer water.....
