I do every once in a while, it doesn't matter which ones you choose, after a while it gets boring, you find yourself in a room with 3 or 4 "real" people and 46 bots all attacking you at once. Purpose...assassinate boredom.

I did at one time to understand them, to learn the abbreviation's that are used in Internet language. Not anymore, didn't like what I saw and some things that were in them. Even the interests groups like gardening, would attract IM's that made me uncomfortable. I am sure there are good ones out there though.

Yes, sometimes...usually go when missing speaking my mothertongue, as I am not living in my home country GERMANY anymore.
But also look into the Parenting rooms from time to time to see if others also try to cope with same problems I have sometimes with my kids.

i used to , those days but i find yahoo answers more interesting.
coz all they talk in chat rooms are crap or a lot of bad language.

its very interesting. good free internet telephony service. good for real internatinal business conferences as i use in my work.

On occasion. To laugh at guys with dumb pick-up lines. (No I don't do phone) and to mess with people's head.
Most often it is the dating rooms, sometimes the adult rooms. Depends on my mood.
