Anyways, please explain what you want to say no to so I can answer better. Other than that, you can say no to almost anything you don't like... except things like paying your taxes or having to eat brussel sprouts because mom or dad said so! Anyways, you're free so you can refuse something you don't like if it makes you feel uncomfortable. Check the United Nations charter of rights, Article 20, Article 19, Article 18, etc. Indirectly, it tells you you're allowed to be free and say no to something in appropriate circumstances.

Of course. If you are not able to say no, or even the option to make the choice to say no then you are in for a very rough road. Therapy, people using you ect.

I say no to another beer all the time but then give in and stay out later than intended so yes i can say no but sometimes i don't meen no.Does that make sense?
