I don't have the answers, but can tell you I wish this war could end. the thought of children and innocent people being killed and injured really bothers me. I pray that those countries can come to some agreement, but doubt it will ever happen. There has been war in the Middle East as long as I have been alive, and I believe it will continue until the end of time. Sadly, i don't think they can come to terms about the land and cannot tolerate each others religion.

Thanks. There should be more people like George Galloway. As to Kevin W - how does condemning Israel make you an anti-semite? For Gods sake, if you are going to disagree with someone have the intelligence to attack him for something serious. If I don't like Robert Mugabe is that because I am motivated by racial hatred? Ofcourse not.
The situation in Lebanon and with the Palestinians is exactly as George Galloway describes. The interview is typical of the kind of biased loaded questioning that passes for objective journalism today. Well done to George Galloway for handling it and exposing her hypocrisy.

It is a 2 way street so stop your whining! If you believe hezbollah has the right to attack Israel then Israel has the right to defend her self. And don't cry because a bully picked a fight and is now losing. That is the entire problem with Arabs. They pick a fight and then cry foul when they start having the crap beat out of them. The time for fighting minimalistic wars is coming to an end.

War is hell! I particularly hate to see children hurt by it. But war is sometimes necessary. All them Arab countries hate Jews and they won't stop until they are all wiped off the face of this earth. Israel has suffered civilian casualties too. Almost on a daily basis, and they have shown great restraint throughout the years. Hezbollah could have prevented allot of this just by simply returning the 2 Israeli soldiers they had captured! But OH NO, you won't hear this on CNN.

It's the never ending story of Israel and (Hezelloh) Palestine. Both are guilty of what Mr. Galloway claims, not only Israel. In these places peace cannot be reach, both want the destruction of one another. This situation is one that will not be resolved, unless the newer generations would want to stop and change for the better life.

It's not the question of liking or disliking, killing is always bad. But US should've been more sensible and not used double standards, people have already lost their faith from the UN anyways after the Iraq war.

No way! whoever is killing is not doing right - whether it is palestinians abducting and killing Israelis or Israelis bombarding innocent civilians. Killing is not right and I do not like it....
However throughout the history of mankind, instead of helping the race prosper - we have always killed, raped and tortured each other - so I guess its a way of life with our human race.
I am disgusted to be human! :-(
