I've been to all 50 states mulit times. In fact I have pictures of all 50 capitol buildings. If you are going to Montana, be sure to visit Glacier NP and make sure you drive over the Going to the Sun Highway. Also, there is a piece of Yellowstone NP in Montana. The plains in eastern Montana don't look anything like what most people would expect of Montana.

You will limited in what other states you can visit from Montana... it is a big place and so driving from there to anywhere is tough, additionally most other states don't let people from Montana visit because of all the cannibalism incidents with people from Montana...oh, Nevada (Vegas), and California are places I have been to out west that I recommend...

Being a Southerner, I've been to Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas. The only one worth going to out of all these is Arkansas. To the Ozarks.

Thirty-two (32) and Washington DC.
Also Canada and Mexico.
So ... if you are in northern Montana, take a trip north too, into Canada ... there is a cool Dinosaur museum in southeastern Alberta, right above Montana.
