A lack of energy or strength can be the first symptom of the body fighting off something - start keeping a well informed journal with a 1 to 10 rating of when you feel the most fatigue - what have you done or ate and the time of day - how many hours of sleep are you getting - is their extra emotional, physical stress going on - The reason I mention this is - I have Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia - both energy zappers and the dr hates it if you go in and say, I'm not feeling as much energy as I used to - if you take in a two or three week chart of your fatigue and its relationship in your daily life, he's got something to compare from before your fatigue started being a major issue and how it is progressing - it's a great tool and it will get you solutions faster - based on my been there done that experience! And I'm not suggesting that either of my ailments are yours, I'm just using them as examples of how they can begin to identify exactly what is going on if you have good details.

Even thought you are tired try taking a brisk walk Energy is created when energy is spent. When you get up in the morning get out of bed and get moving, you'll be surprised at how much better you will feel.
