No, and no. Reflex action by definition involves no concious thought or action.

The response does not get processed in your brain, the sensory information just comes into the axon terminal in your spine and a motor neuron from your spine responds without the signal ever traveling to your brain, so you cannot be aware of it while it's happening, only after it has happened.
