Don't go for something merely because it pays well, but also because it pays well. What you look for in a job, and an organisation, will change as you start working, be prepared to shift several times, before you settle down. Get a job that gives you a chance to work with a lot of people, rather than just by yourself, it will teach you valuable lessons, plus you will get to hear about other jobs and companies, the best opportunities are advertised only by word of mouth.
