i once know a friend from irc. she has blonde hair and when i 1st saw her, i was mesmerized by her "beauty" - the blonde hair - and of course, her unique facial features - a unique nose etc.
guess it is true that guys like to admire a girl's blonde hair especially if the hair style matches with the facial features etc etc.
but after i left her, i still miss her - carol fang wee pin - though another girl came into my life.
if you are talking about love, please communicate more with the blonde hair girl you know before it is too late to retreat as love can hurt if she doe not love you but another guy and you love her.
