How many times have you got an answer to a question and thought I'll send him/her an email to find you cant contact them... they seem to think they can slag off your question or give you a crappy answer and then hide behind their mummy or in this case Yahoo

No, I don't think it is a good idea. I think everyone should have a way to be contacted for many reasons. Many times I have tried to contact a user to clarify some details or if there are no details to help answer a question. If I can't, I have to post a question under a question. Then, I never get a response so I can finish answering the question to the best of my knowledge. It is very frustrating when an asker doesn't have enough info for others to answer and you have no way to contact them.
Even when I see a terrific answer that has helped me, I want to contact that person to thank them and let them know they have my vote. I always read other answers before I answer a question. If I see a best answer already under the question, I like to contact the person on how I feel about their answer.
And I agree with you 100% when it comes to crappy answers. They get 2 points, then run and hide. Then they wonder why they never get picked as best answer.

There have been several times that I would have liked to have contacted someone because I thought they gave a particulary good answer only to find that you couldn't contact them even through Yahoo - I don't post my email - but I do let people contact me through yahoo - but it is a choice some people make in everyday life - throw you a line of crap and keep walking and when you approach them about it just pile on more crap - so that's probably what you would get from a response if they bothered to give you one - some just refuse to shed their burial cloths!

i'm with you in this. There are some down remarkable nasty human beings on right here. i admire Y!A for the main section. you're remarkable i admire drawing close right here for help - I even have made some pals on right here and gotten a lot of effective solutions to questions. however the previous couple of days I even have seen further and extra nasty posts that extremely make me sense undesirable. i know I could in basic terms forget approximately approximately them and that i assume I do becuase i do no longer feed their hate via answering their questions, yet none the fewer they are able to be very hurtful (incredibly while it is composed of breastfeeding subjects!!) i replaced into and characteristic been very depressed via fact I even have been no longer able to breastfeed my twins. I even have had low grant with all of my little ones and the twins have been no diverse. I even have felt incredibly undesirable via fact this may be my final threat to accomplish that and that i'm no longer able to. i know feeding formula they are going to be in basic terms high quality - my others have been, yet I nevertheless sense like a failure each and every so often or that i did no longer attempt complicated adequate. Then interpreting the rather some posts validates this sense and those human beings i'm particular intend it too. they do no longer think approximately that some have subjects previous their administration that makes breastfeeding impossible.

Some people just wanted to have some fun on this page so they hide their email account to prevent others from emailing them. Well, if you sincerely need an answer I believe tt you would leave your email contact for others to email you their view

In most cases, yes, I do think it's a good idea. There are A LOT of super freaks out there and I'm just cautious. You must have a crush on some cyber chick and it just kills you that you can't talk to her. People are never what they seem, honey. Take it from someone who knows!

I've been contacted... and I have contacted others, it can be completely anonymous unless you choose to give them your email address
But If you join in a slanging match with the abusers you are just giving them the attention they want. Although it can be difficult to resist if like me you like the last word!!!!!

it's not nice having threating behavior mail being sent to you some people just have a laugh you have to expect crappy answers and some may slag off your question but i wouldnt take it to heart.

i do not have my email address showing because i do not want a load of stupid mail i hear alot about how people get scarry stalkers on their email i do not need to be contacted by anyone on here i do not answer people question rude or things like that

U can contact them click on there name and then click on contact member they send an email on your behalf! They won't show u email addresses tho!
