Everyone says exercising is important for the hearth,reluctant to do so,likely they unware of benefits, what benefits?

Exercise has many benefits, like:
1. strengthening muscles and improving their tone
2. improves digestion
3. improves blood circulation
4. helps get rid of stored fat, hence faster weight loss
5. during exercise seritonine hormones that are known to left up moods are released
5. gets rid of cellulite :)
6. strengthens the heart and makes it more effecient in pumping blood to all body parts

gernerally that's all i can think of at the moment..

If you exercise regularly you are less susceptible to illnesses.
