If you can do that with no equipment (fins), my congrats. Few on my team can swim two, and no one can swim more than three. I can swim 2 sprint racing, and 2.5 casually.

i thinks thats pretty good. do you get a running start outside the pool or push off for the side?
I dont know how long the pool is here. I might be able to do 2.5.
Its hard to hold breath underwater while moving. my record for holding not moving is 2 mins.
i like being underwater, the surface is over rated.

I Think That Is Good To Hold Your Breath That Long.I Can Only Do That For About One Lap.

i can do 4 laps underwater without breathing, in an olympic size pool.

As impressive as that is, I wouldn't continue trying it. That's how people get head injuries. I've had a couple of times where swimmers at my pool have swam up and back underwater and had one anurism after she got out of the pool.
Please be safe, and especially be careful with your daughter who is probably still growing.

1 because my vo2 max isn't high at all and most swimmers isn't either
