Yeah my PS2 is fully modded and can play burned game DVDs!!

You can find them many places. Just be warned; your computer must be very good to run a PS2 emulator and games. You can't burn them to a cd; you must play them on your emulator. (PS2 games are also commonly known as ISO's.) If you own the games, then you can download them and play them as much as you want; if not, law says you must delete them within 24 hours of download. It's not illegal, just frowned upon.

You really shouldn't stael pirated games. That is just adding to the problem. When you steal games, you take money from the develpoers that make them, and that keeps tham from making better and better games in the future.
Just rent the games, or save the money and buy them. There is no easy answer for this.

the PS2 wont play CD other than the Original ones, anyway.

I wouldn't advertise the fact that you want to break copyright laws, you don't know what authorities are monitoring these sites
