What do you do to help get you through your work day?

I do a great job of "looking busy" all day long, listening to the radio, writing to do lists for when I get out of work, writing journals, and mostly writing emails all day long.

8 hrs. is soooo long.....if you want, list your position and all the little activities that help pass the forever long time until end of the day freedom comes.....

I work in a Motel...Front Desk.....which is where I am right now...& since I work the all night shift....11p-7a....no one really comes in....so I spend my time on yahoo answers....MySpace or chatting on messengers....I do have certain duties I have to do, but they get done before I do any of the "fun" stuff.....lol..

Hi! I'm a medical clerk and I work in a jail. My job is interesting and I like it but I work night shift and sometimes it gets a little too redundant and boring so I have to find something to occupy my time. Yahoo Answers is cool. But I'll go talk to co-workers, write letters, drink energy drinks to stay awake, go into intake and see who is coming into jail and why. Surf the internet though a lot of sites are blocked. and play games.

choose some topics that interest you and read about them on net!
make good friends ..chat with them
share good moments with people on the other side of the ocean
give answers to people on yahoo answers

I'm sorry, but I'm still in school. But it's almost as stressful as work... I'm in high school, and what makes me get less stress and get cool is to simply have fun in what I'm doing, think optimistic! It will really make your day bright. Hahaha, I once lived in depression. It was lame.

i am a supervisor so i gotta work like hell, What i do is i keep a tune rolling in my head like the bgs, chamillionaire, 50cent, bob marley, and lso think about how great it will be when i leave.
