War can't solve any and every problem, but it does sometimes solve some problems. For example, because countries decided not to accept Hitler taking over the world, the problem of worldwide fascism was overcome. It also helped solve the problem of the "Great Depression" in the US.

Some times back US gain Independence from British by declaring War, it has solved problem

US started war against terrorism but it is disturbing world peace

what it means War is not a complete solution it is a temporary solution
