After working hard, he had to rest, too! :) But seriously, it can be caused by some kind of small sickness (you might have not noticed, but you maybe had a small flu, and your body was busy killing viruses), or change in whether, or tiredness, or the mix of these. Also weed can be a reason.
But don't worry, it's a problem for every man. We have to live with it that sometimes IT doesn't work. Girls don't really care, they understand, as far as I know, so don't worry about that either.
