Hopefully it is the start of the term. You are going to have to kick butt for the rest! I know this sounds silly but try a peanut butter & cheese on wheat bread sandwich. wear yellow & sleep under a fuzzy blanket. All those things help, the sandwich has B complex good for the brain, yellow makes people think you are smart, the fuzzy blanket makes you sleep better also good for the brain! You know you are smart so you have confidence! Everyone can have a bad day, Good luck!!

They say "we have not because we ask not". Ask your teacher about the possibilities of taking the exam again, or ask what extra work can you do for extra credit. Let your teacher know that you in no way would dispect him/her by intentionally implying that they have been wasting time teaching you and the best you could do was fail a test. Explain to your teach the way you did to us that you just weren't physically able to handle the test. "Teach" can say "yes or no" and then you will know that you will have to work your stuff off the rest of the semester to pass the class. Best Wishes.

That's how i feel sometimes when i don't sleep enough or i wake up late and i have a exam or quiz and i get a bad grade because all my teachers like me, so i just suck it up and walk in the door and try to get a higher score on the next exam or quiz so he or she don't think I'm stupid.

nothing ! ... what happened in the past has just happened and you can never change , but for future exams , make sure you have enough sleep , even if you didn't finish the studying , before you feel that its time for you to sleep , try to at least cover all the main subjects and important details that might come in the exam , and if you finished early , then start to look in to the details ! ... and my advise for you , is try to study daily , by that you wont need allot of time to study before the exam day ! good luck with your studies :)` !

you now have to live with the results you reaped. it's a lesson you've just learned in self restraint and motivation. when it really counts, you need to shake off petty bad moods and get the job done.

Forget about the past. You will never make this mistake in future because, you have already learnt a lesson. Try not to repeat this in future.

SIT BACK AND EVALUATE WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE YOU took the exam. Learn from your mistakes and don't repeat the same mistakes again. There is hope. Just move on.

well, i think maybe you sholud talk to the teacher and explain him that you were sick, so you couldn't do it 100%...
don't worry, we people get sick sometimes and it's really hard to study or take an exam if we are not feeling good...
