You could have dyspareunia, it basically means painful sexual intercourse. Any part of the genitals can cause pain during sex. Some conditions affect the skin around the vagina. Some women have a viral infection or
vaginal yeast infections, but sometimes the cause is unknown. The pain from these conditions is usually felt when a tampon or penis is inserted into the vagina. The friction of intercourse may irritate the vaginal walls and explain the burning you describe.

I have never heard of that condition before. If you have no STDs whatsoever, then i think the pH of your Partner's sperm is a little too low(slightly Acidic).Sex usually causes tiny bruises inside the Vagina(especially if its rough).Any kind of acidity in there will cause a burning sensation.
Both you and your partner should see a sexual health specialist.

He could be tearing you and that may cause the pain. Try using a cream before hand and see if that helps.
Other than that you might be allergic to it and need to use a condom.

The guy is probably too big and maybe rough so you get bruises. Ask him to take it slow; make sure you are nice and wet. if it continues, use a condom. if it continues still, find someone else. There's no point when both of you are not enjoying it.

If you can't get an answer from your doctor ask some nurses at the hospital who they would go to. They usually know who is the best and will help you.
