that depends on who's glasses you are looking thru.

from some iraqi's p.o.v.-the u.s. are the terrorists
from palestine's p.o.v.- " "
during viet nam, when u.s. bombed various parts of s.e. asia and left land mines there, undetonated, and to this day, there are innocent civilians in that region getting blown up by u.s. litter- they see the u.s. as terrorists.
oklahoma city bombing-u.s. christian white guy
columbine- so sad, and they weren't muslim
the theater in russia where some 200-300 people were held hostage a couple of years ago- not muslims

"the difference between terrorism and self-defence is that terrorists don't use fighter jets"

i could go on, but the point is the media has your mind polished down to a dull tip. it's good of you to recognise that not all muslims are terrorists. there's still hope for you, young jedi! :)

I would disagree, there are other factions that are called terrorists, the IRA, anti vivisectionists to name but two. Anyone who plans to overthrow democracy is regarded as a terrorist, someone who wants to break the rule of law could be called a terrorist. Perhaps we have such a simplistic view of this that we cannot see other so called activits for what they are.

so.. the I.R.A are Muslims? Basque separatists are Muslims?
there are a lot of other terrorists out there.. it's just the American orientated media is pushing the Muslim angle to help justify its invasion to get oil.. if America is so intent on a war against terrorism why were they funding the I.R.A?

Sherman, set the Wayback machine!
Can you remember Oklahoma City? Disgruntled ex-GIS bomb the federal building? Used a truck bomb full of homemade explosives?
Does the name Timothy McVeigh mean anything to you?
Does that sound "Muslim" to you?
Right now, the President of the United States - George Dubya Bush, has publicly declared war on "Islamic militants." He has declared a Crusade against an entire religion. His actions have supported this concept, even when his handlers and wire-pullers have attempted to rein him in. So no wonder most of the attackers right now do that Mecca-bow thing.
Cracker.

Do you remember the Ohio bombing a few years ago? I do not remember his name, but he was clean cut, white, blue eyed blonde - - did not look Muslim. Looked like a christian or catholic. But I think he was some sort of white supremist/nazi group, not sure. By the way, Hitler wasn't Muslim - and, he was a terrorist!

The idea of a terrorist is relative.
