Baby love and need touches and they can sense when they are in safe hands. Look the baby in the eyes and smile with yours, talk softly in a normal voice and tell them things you see. Play gently, but play baby games like Patty Cake and This Little Piggy and Peek-A-Boo. These are great stimuli, but not exhaustive to the baby. Don't forget to sing and when talking to them, use different tones in your voice as well as when singing. It doesn't have to last long, but the benefits to both of you will put a smile on your lips for the rest of the day!

I've seen my family and friends bond with my child by sitting in the chair with her and reading her a book or looking at a book with her, playing peek-a-boo, just playing with her toys with her and things like that.
