There are a number of reasons this could be happening. One is that there is a problem with an application you are running and it is causing the OS to reboot, the second is that there is a problem with the OS itself, the third is that your machine maybe overheating and it could also be faulty memory in your machine. I would check for overheating first. Make sure that your CPU fan is working correctly. Make sure that all of the vents on your PC are dust free and are no blocked by anything on top of or beside the machine. To check the memory try some different memory in there if possible or if you have more than 1 memory stick in the machine try taking one out and swapping them about until you have tested all combinations. If all the hard ware seems ok, make a note of what you were doing when the machine rebooted. Make a note of apps etc and look for patterns. And finally don't forget to update your virus scanner and scan your machine.

Could be an electrical problem, a heat problem or a software problem.
In my experience, it's usually either the power supply not being stable or the fan being clogged up.
Try opening the case and putting a room fan near the machine while you are using it and see if that helps. If so, you can buy an additional case fan for the pc.
If not, then try using one of those special 4 plug extension cables that regulate the electricity supply ( I forget what they are called).

Your comp is infected with a virus....who told you to browse porn sites....might be Worm32 or something from the same family...do one thing try to read the error msg you get...if you finally get it try looking for the patch on the net that helps you clean...
if all this is really annoying then...call a tech guy tell that its restarting they will fix it for you...& dont worry nobody will find out from where it came

is it a laptop? even if it isnt, you may be overheating. if the cpu gets too hot the computer will shut down for a second to cool off. you might want to set your computer so that it can get better airflow. you might need a new fan or a heats sink. if that's not it try posting additional info on what has been happening.

Sounds very much like a virus/trojan /malware.
Run your anti-virus program.
If you haven't got them, download (update) and run
Spybot Search and Destroy and Lavasoft AdAware.
Best to run everything in safe mode.
