We don't respect each other. We don't say "please", "thank you", "yes ma'am or sir". There's a lot to be said for putting on airs. And keeping your mouth shut. And keeping your opinion to yourself. Andletting things go.

WE are letting go of the values that we placed in our neighbors and neighborhoods. WE are letting the school board tell us our children are abnormal because they are curious. WE are letting the government invade our privacy, and encourage our friends and family to snitch us out for anything. We are being bullied by the police force and are not taking our day in court. WE are turning our backs on those that need us and claiming that we are too busy. WE are a bunch of sheep that have forgotten that this is our lives and that we aren't going to take it anymore, for fear that the system will ruin us for stepping out of line. I could go on, but I seriously feel that we should break the cycle so that what we are now is not what we end up as.

Where should I start? To much technology,people have become fat and lazy. Parents not being able to dicipline their kids without the threat of being arrested. Kids not having respect for their elders. The cost of living being so high that it takes both parents working to raise a family. To many latch key kids. People are to materialistic,willing to work more to get more but taking away from family life to have it all. Look at our TV today. What happened to the family programs. Now its all sex,swearing and violence. We should be glad god gave us variety in the different races of people but instead there is so much predjudice. I am ashamed of the people and the way they act in general.

We all want to know "what's in it for me, we are selfish and very intolerant of others opinions. The media are more concerned with ratings than truth. Organizations cave in to the wants of the smallest minority if they make enough noise, regardless of right or wrong. Finally we are all to lazy to get off our butt and do something, anything to change whatever injustice we see as affecting our little part of the world. Don't want to get started on politics, most are the lowest of the low.

lots. one thing in particular though is our claims direct culture. everyone's too busy trying to trip over a curb for some cash. Before you used to get that cash from "you've been framed" but apparently £250 just isn't enough. So we've ended up in a situation where see-saws in parks are illegal and kids playing conkers have to wear protective masks! Now what's all that about?!?!?

What's wrong? Capitalism made as all individualistic. As individuals we all care just about our own problems and our own happiness (our own small worlds) and we don't care much about others or even world problems. In the past people gathered into groups, protested about something, they had ideas about changing the world into more beautiful place. You will hardly see this today's (specially among young people).

Because young only care to persuade materialistic things and have a career they don't care much about politics and they all let leaders do their dirty work.

In America we have the worlds largest GNP (gross national product) and no national helth care. We have the highest infant mortality of all the developed nations and the lowest GPA(grade point average) of all the developed countries.

I wish I knew. I am an older guy and have never seen people so angry with each other. I served on submarines where we had to get along. I hope they still do!
