You should be able to pull your foreskin back until you're able to see the entire head of your penis itself. Your description kinda confuses me, because it either sounds like you have adhesions or simply a tight foreskin that can't be pulled back all the way. If you have adhesions they can resolve themselves usually, especially if you move your foreskin around a lot. If it's tight, it might need loosening as you said, in which case, if you're not in any pain nor hurry, just wait it out for a few years.

If you think it's tight you can try stretching the opening of your foreskin as far as it'll go without pain for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks you should be able to pull it back all the way. I don't think it's adhesions nor a particularly tight foreskin, since you were clearly able to pull it back far enough to see the "skin that attaches" the foreskin to the head (on the underside right?). That band of skin is supposed to be there and is called the frenulum, it basically keeps your foreskin from going everywhere.

Mate, you need to go to the doctor and get a circumsition. I've had the same problem myself and am having it sorted at the moment. It can be done in a day and is done under a general anesthetic. It won't hurt to piss but will probably be uncomfortable for a week, oh and no sex for 2 weeks. On the plus side, sex shouldn't hurt afterwards and you'll be able to last longer.
Hope that helps you mate, just bite the bullet and go see a doctor, it's not like they're gonna laugh at you.

Sorry love you need to see the doctor..the foreskin is suppose to roll right back over the head of the penis..if you dont get some professional help it can cause some serious problems..Better to sort it out now..good luck ..

Sounds normal to me. If it doesn't hurt you don't need to see a doctor - although your friends who can pull it back all the way should see a doc.
The foreskin should attach to the top of the penis on the underside

Firstly, yes, you are meant to have a piece of skin attached to the head (underneath right?)

As for the other issue, I know what you mean, I had the same issue. Providing you have no pain, you just have to be brave enough to pull it further - it's designed to do it!

If it's painful though, see a doctor

The only problems you can have with your foreskin are hygiene (if you don't roll it back and wash regularly) and constriction, which can make it painful to urinate or have an erection. If you suffer from the latter, a partial or full circumcision will become necessary at some point.

you're perfectly normal... relax dude... give it time... and it will adjust itself soon enough

You're only 16... and bopdies take time to develop properly. At 15 I could pull min back... but it was tight... it did losen later on, at about 17 and the skin attached to your fore skin and head at the back is actually a blessing in disguise... cos later, it will eventually break and damn boy the sex will get so much better...

No worries dude... you have a great life ahead of your penis.

I suggest you to see a doctor. Normally you should pull out the forskin since you were a baby.
