Of course, as long as you two's blood don't mix together. The only thing which you to might be exchanging is body fluid which is ok, but when either one of you had an accident and need blood transfusion, you shouldn't be the donnor. There are 4 types of blood group in the ABO system, A , B, AB and O, those are the natural antigent that are present in your blood cells and other cells, the positive sign and negative sign belongs to the Rh antigent system, which is another blood group system. there are many more blood group system, but the Rh and ABO system is the most antigenic, that means they are the most likely antigent to cause an immune response in the reciepient. ^^

I don't know exactly what you are asking. OK for what? If you are thinking about having a baby then yes, there wouldn't be any issues. The prevailing concern for child bearing with people of different types is the RH factor, meaning if one parent is positive versus one parent being negative. If the mother has one factor and the child has another then the mother has to take shots in order to keep her immune system from attacking her unborn child. But, it's not an uncommon thing and it's easily dealt with.
Now, if you are asking if it's OK for you to possibly donate blood to each other then that's a big NO. Mixing incompatible blood types can kill you.

Blood donation to each other is certainly out of the question, but if your question is in reference to pregnacy (RH Factor), you are both +, so you will not have to worry about that.

You can't give each other blood, but otherwise, there's nothing else that's impeded by this.
Be well.
