1. Stop eating fast food. That means ALL OF IT.
2. Increase the number of fruits you eat each day.
3. Increase the number of vegetables you eat each day.
4. Stop drinking soda and other carbonated beverages.
5. Gradually decrease your sugar intake. Eliminate it entirely, if you can. Do not use sugar substitutes, unless you are using Stevia powder.
6. Balance your PH by drinking lemonade.
7. Eat more yoghurt.
8. Avoid red meat.
9. Decrease your carbohydrate intake by avoiding breads, starches, and other baked goods.
10. Take a one-a-day vitamin each evening before bed.

Take out the sugar, go to fruit, apples, oranges, and anything from the ground. Stay away from salty foods. Stay with grilled chicken or fish. Try to read labels and find out the fat content, the trans fats, the calories, all the bad stuff, and stay away from it. It takes a lot of strength to change your eating habits. If you crave something sweet, what about strawberries and I like Papaya with lime. Try to stay away from carbs, when you start to eat them, then it wakes your system up and it says "I want more of that stuff". Exercise and drinking water cleanses the system. Lemon in water is good because it is a natural diuretic. Stay away from the cold drinks, too much sugar and the caronated makes you swell up like a balloon. You can also get a juicer and start doing that too. There are good recipes.
I like tuna fish sandwiches or just make it up, and have it as a salad. I put little mandarin oranges on the salad and thin almonds, lots of ways to change salads, and then you can buy chicken already cooked and sliced, and just stick it on your salad. Good luck. Get plenty of rest, and vitamins are good too. I like yogurt and eat one small container every night. I think to just stay away from the carbs helps. Think of some snacks that are not bad, what about small carrot sticks, oranges sliced up cold. Put some wine grapes in the freezer and get them really cold, they are like treats. Just use your imagination, and it is ok, to stay with the same stuff, if you like it enough. Good luck. They say small meals during the day are good, if you starve yourself, the body will just hold on to the fat.

2) Eat fruit as vegetable and Ferber.
3) Drink milk every day 3 glass
4) Eat Fish every week .please do not forget it.
5) Eat green tea.
6) Do not use butter more in breakfast.
7) Drinking 8 glass of water every day it good for your skin.
8)Use meat without oil.
9) Do not use hydrogen oil.
