First of all you will need to find a free and reliable web hosting service provider.

You can always choose a service that provides you with a website builder. e.g Geocities.com.

If you want to set up your website manually, then you will need to read through the following instructions:

1. A basic HTML page has the basic HTML tags

-- the html document starts here

Title of Document

Content of document

2. You will need to go through some good HTML tutorials on the web. You can find them out through any search engine.

3. Spice up your page with scripts from javascriptkit.com, dynamicdrive.com, hotscripts.com, php.resourceindex.com, etc

All these websites offer various scripts ... and they are easy to use too!

If you still can't do the coding on your own. You can always go for the easy methods. Try finding some good website templates on net and edit it to your liking!
