What is the cheapest way to travel to Seattle from San Francisco ? I do not want to drive.

Train is generally about the same price as the bus and a whole lot more comfortable and pleasant journey!!

Book the Coast Starlight to Eugene, OR, then book the Amtrak Cascades from Eugene to Seattle .... the Coast Starlight goes all the way through, but the Amtrak Cascades is a newer and nicer commuter train, so book the two legs seperately, wont cost more (amtrak cascades does cost a bit more than Coast starlight, but its worth it, but booking seperately doesnt add to the cost). Also, the farther before the journey you book the train, the less it will cost. Recommend two weeks if you have that in advance.

I think the best season to go to Thailand is between Dec to Feb, cause not so hot there. The return air ticket from miami to bangkok in Dec is about $1400 pp with korean air. Quite expensive. Maybe you have other cheaper airlines to choose from.
