- Honey is a really good face mask.
- Try Dead Sea mud masks. They're natural and the mud contains a lot of minerals. It also increases blood flow to the face which helps with skin cell regeneration and allows a rosy complexion.
- Drink lots of water.
- Moisturize right after cleansing your face. It takes about 2-4 minutes for water to fully absorb in the skin. You should just pat your face dry and then immediately add moisturizer.
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
- A cold water rinse brings a rosy complexion and closes pores.
- Toning takes out the dirt from your pores and cleanses your overall face. Rose water is good same with lemon water.
- Jojoba oil is quite good for dry skin.
- Don't sleep with makeup on.
- Don't use a lot of foundation because your skin does need to breathe.
- Don't drink a lot of caffienated products.
- Be sure to cleanse your face every morning and night.
- Wash your face, especially your hairline, after having a shower because conditioner promotes breakouts along the hairline.
- Honey or hydrogen peroxide is really good for clearing up breakouts.
- Sleep. Sleep is extremely good and promotes health and well being.
- Laugh often and smile often because it doesn't matter what you do to your face if you're depressed. Emotions dictate how your body reacts to stress and beauty products.
- Keep your eye area moisturized because it's thin skin and can really be affected by all types of environmental and personal factors.
- Steam your face once in a while just to open pores and relax your skin and increase circulation.
- Exercise.

Live in England! They always said the climate there was wonderful for the skin. I think it is so true!
Other things you can do are
drink plenty of water
avoid smoking and excessive alcohol
moisturize daily (within 15 minutes of bathing or showering)
Take vitamin E and C supplements and collagen powder in your drinks
Avoid harsh weather conditions - too much wind and too much sun will ruin your skin
Be careful what you put on it, whether it is mosquito repellant or make-up or whatever; the skin absorbs toxins quickly.

Exfoliate, make natural face packs from mashed avocado and olive oil; cucumbers and lemon juice; all the good things to eat can be used on your face aswell.
Get enough sleep; don't eat too much fried food, especially deep fried.

Exercise regularly. Get enough sleep. Try to smile a lot and frown less, as this will shape the map of lines on your face in the future.

Finally, invest in Bronwen Meredith's book "Vogue Body and Beauty Book." My sister gave it to me as a birthday present back in 1977 and it has been my bible ever since. As it is no longer in print, you can buy used copies of the hardback in perfect condition for as little as 50p from some book dealers on the net. I just bought one for my friend and she is delighted with it!

Eat more fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. Healthy eating give you a healthy skin inside out. Cleanse your face well with mild soap and water. Apply toner and moisturizer according to your skin type. Use facial scrub at least once a week. Apply body lotion in the evening after a good warm shower.

Enjoy life and smile often :-)

drink at least 2 litres of water a day to hydrate it and eat a healthy balanced diet to ensure that it receives the vitamins it needs. If you are prone to dry skin then make sure you have enough Omega 3, 6 and 9 - if not by oily fish then by supplements
