Because it's funny.
Also, horoscopes are always written in a way so they apply to anyone who reads them, and I always read horoscopes of other signs than my own to see if they apply to MY life, too (and they always do).

the same reason people watch wrestling... it's entertaining. The ideas of love and money just falling into your lap are nice ideas and a good, semi-healthy way (better than drugs) to escape from the everyday.
