My wife cheated on me, and my son has gone to the hospital,because of an head injury,the doctor saids he might not make it.
I can't take this anymore, I have no one left by my side except for my son. If he goes then im gonna have to go too. I'm gonna do it if something happens to my son, because I can't finish life with this big chip on my shoulder. Knowing that my son died attempting suicide,because he has phsyciatric problems, and my ex-wife cheated on me with another woman. What should I do?

You need to talk to someone. You can start with the Chaplin at the hospital if you think you have no one else. This was a good place to start, there are a lot of people in "Answers" who give good answers, some not as good as they could be. But that is another issue entirely. What is important is, nothing that is going on right this minute happened overnight and the resolution may not come overnight, but the revelation can come immediately.
Try not to fix everything all at once. Be concerned about your son and his well-being now. Deal with the scenario with your wife or ex-wife, we don't know, you said wife, then you said "ex-wife", some other time. Or not, nothing you can do about it, what's done is done and even though you may feel that it was something done against you, in the end things people do to us are against God and not us personally. You will not be held accountable for the actions of others, only your own.
When you write a list of Things to Do, and you accomplish those things, then you can check them off of your list. But only do one thing at a time. Focus on the fix, not the cause. Focus on the future, not the past. Don't worry about the why, be consumed with making the change to make things change.
Stop thinking about what you CAN'T do, and think about what you CAN do. Take the positive approach to everything in your life, even things that are presented to you in a negative fashion.
Stop thinking about your problems. We all have problems, it is just a result of being alive. And YOU can get through it all. Some of us just have to go through some "stuff". That's how it is.
We are a lot more powerful than we would like to think we are. We have the ability to effect change. We have the ability to talk to God 24/7 365, He is always there. Don't believe me? Ask Him. Splash some water on your face. Drink some water and go talk to the Chaplin at the hospital. I personally will pray for you and your son. Best Regards to you and your family.

I don't think killing yourself would create a better situation
You are a grown man you are having a hard time but you will get over this.
You probably should get proffesional help for your son and yourself - maybe you could even go together.
Don't crack because of women in your life - ever!

Breathe. Pray. Have faith your son will be ok. Be strong so u can mirror that back to him. Find somoene u can trust or anybody and let out everything thats on ur mind...

get in church groups and support groups go to the chamber of commerce and ask for help
