I can not sleep. I feel tired throughout the day, but I promise myself, no nap, this is my opportunity to sleep at night, come night time I can not sleep. I don't know what is wrong; I do know that it's making me depressed. I think from lack of sleep. Any suggestions on what I can do to get some sleep? I tried, hot baths, relaxation cds, Chamomile tea, going to bed early. I want to get on a schedule but it's not happening. Right now I can not afford to go see a Dr., and it is really getting to me that I can not sleep...Thanks for listening to me vent....and open to suggestions...except being knocked out with a hammer...lol

Try a glass of red wine, that sometimes helps. Also reading a book can help. I have that problem too sometimes and it's frustrating as heck but the worst thing to do is to keep thinking about it. Try to get it out of your head. Hope you get some good rest soon :)

I'm having teh same problem. I feel tired during my lectures during the day and i'm tired all the day and at night. But when it comes to bedtime, I don't sleep til much later and the cycle continues.

I think it's a lifestyle issue, I used to exercise regularly but I've hardly got time this semester. So I think exercise is good. Also, I'm more stressed now, I reckon so. So try to relax and not think about a lot of things before you go to sleep at night.

Go to the pharmacy and buy some over the counter sleeping pills. Follow directions on the box. Good luck.

go to wal-mart and go to the baby care isle and they have that lotion and body wash and other products that are chamomile and lavender and they help babies go to sleep try that it works on my husband and not only that when it is time for you to go to sleep what are you thinking about when you have a lot on your mind you won't be able to go to sleep to try to get anything that you need done, done during the day so when it is time to rest you do just that good luck and when you do this say hello to the sandman for me
