What sort of nutrition IS he getting? Ten days seems excessive; I'd call the pediatrician.

use Orajel or something like that. My son did the same thing. It really depends on how old the baby is. If the baby is between 4 to 6 months old, I would try to give him a Zweiback cookie. It is almost like toast, and it feels good to bite down on. Also those frozen teething rings work real well. Don't forget the Tylenol or Motrin. If the baby is young, as long as he gets the milk he needs, you should be okay. But call your pediatrician if you are really worried. Remember, mother's know whether their children are alright or not.

Go and get Hyland's Teething Tablets. They are natural and safe to use. You can use them often and they help the pain, swelling etc quite well. You can get them at Albertson's for sure and at health food stores. Maybe even Walmart now. When mine were little I could only get them at Albertsons. They come in a tube and are tablets that dissolve. You just put them under the babies tongue and they dissolve in a few seconds.

How old is he? What does he normaly eat?
My daughter would eat just a bit. They are in pain. Their gums are red and swollen and hurt. If I had the same problem I would refuse food too.
Dont give him grainy food. Just soft creamy , mush everything well.
I even cut bigger holes in her bottle nipples so she wouldnt need to suck hard. Sucking hurts even more.
Try to feed smaller amounts more often.
It can last for a month. If nothing works see a pediat.

I used a combination of teething tablets, orajel, and baby tylenol. Remember, a baby is not going to starve themselves. He may not eat a lot, but he will eat some, so keep offering. If you're worried, always call your ped for reassurance

get soft rice porridge for his main meal. if he keeps refusing to eat it is very unhealthy and he could starve to death. remember that only 2 more weeks until he dies if he doesnt eat a single thing. force feed might have to be a new agenda if he still refuese.s

Try giving him a teether before meals.
How old is he & is he taking his formula regularly?
If you have any doubt as to whether he's getting enough nourishment or not, take him to a doctor ASAP.
