I feel ya man. Every time I dream about "making water" or else if I'm peeing in a dream I have, it's usually accompanied by a nocturnal emission. I've never peed the bed, so no, peeing in a dream does not mean you're peeing in real life. I don't know why they are connected, but that's what does it for me. It's to the point that I now recognize in my dream that I'm about to have a wet dream.

what is making water? if you are having a dream that you are peeing guess what in real life you are peeing in the bed and the same goes for number two dreams are made up of two things reality and thoughts in your head, if the last thing you think about before you go to bed is your girlfriend guess what you will dream about her and while your sleeping if you get the urge to pee guess what in reality you are peeing and some times dreams are a mix of both you could of went to bed and the last thing you did was watch a horror flick well you will probably dream about this and in the middle of your dream some one can knock on your door in reality and this can be mixed in with your dream which ends up with a mixed dream of thoughts and reality

You're talking about having a "wet dream" or nocturnal emission. It's normal for kids in puberty. Don't worry. In your dream, you associate urination with ejaculation probably because you've only recently been able to ejaculate and you process the feeling in your dreams as something more familiar ...like urination.
It will all sort itself out soon.
Enjoy it while you can.
Admit it, you kinda enjoyed it...

My dear friend, You need more milk to drink to avoid this problem.
also eat more carbohydrate in your food to stimulate your sleeping time capability to avoid going towards human, sexual, relational or sensational activities.
