Do you mean surviving culture?
If yes then I would say China, Egypt, Greece, Persia, India. Of course we must not forget some African tribes, the Aborigines of Australia, the descendants of Indians of South America and the red Indians of North America.
As you can see there are a lot around the world!

The fact that you injected the terms "culture, language" it gives me the freedom to say. GREECE.
Despite it has gone through many changes. The culture and the language remain the same with a very minor changes.
The impact though, of the Greek culture and the language in the world has been enormous.
Language: the majority of the science, terminology,,has greek origin, and I don't want to go further deep because the site is not for linguistic sciences. 60% of the western spoken languages have greek origin, But it is known as Latin origin.
Culture, Education, Civilisation: All the sciences start from Greece. Just in brief, some indications.
ARTS: I'll refer only one word that covers everything. MUSES.
Mecidine: Asclepius, Hygeia, Hippocrates.
Physics, Engineering, Mathematics: Archimedes, Democritus, Pythagoras. The catalog is very long, so, I'll omitt it.
Literature, Philosophy. You can find many names by yourself.
Astronomy: Despite it is included in the topic "MUSES" through Ourania, I'll mention that the majority if the celestial bodies have Greek names and are covered by the greek mythology.

Funny question...that's like asking what part of the human body is the oldest. The Earth is as old as you decide was Day One. If you really mean to ask what is the oldest religion, it probably doesn't have a name. Religion lies in the mind and heart and is one of several ways of trying to understand the mechanics and purpose of the Universe and man's place in it. When the quest to do so began, is impossible to say. But it likely started between the beginnings of society and culture. First there was Awe, then questions, then religion. Good guess is somewhere between the Middle East and South Africa.

Mesopotamia (Greek for 'between rivers') the area between the rivers Tigris and Euphrates, is considered as the cradle of civilization. The earliest evidence of pottery, the use of the wheel, writing, the first city-states and codes of law have been found in this area. (although evidence of the first city has been found in today's western Turkey)

The Sumerians inhabited Mesopotamia about 5,000 years ago. They cannot be considered a civilization because there was no central power and the city states were in a constant struggle to centralize power but they could be considered the fist culture. They influenced other people in the area who conquered in war Sumerian city states but assimilated Sumerian culture and language and created the first civilizations.

Mesopotamia is located in modern Iraq.

As usual, the answer depends somewhat on how you define "country". Here are a couple of answers that might be useful:

Beginning in about 10,000 BCE, humans in China began developing agriculture, possibly influenced by developments in Southeast Asia. By 5000 BCE there were Neolithic village settlements in several regions of China. Humans had domesticated pigs, dogs, and cattle by 3000 BCE. Over the course of the 5th to 3rd millennia BCE, many distinct, regional Neolithic cultures emerged.

About 8,000 years ago, small groups began to plant and cultivate their food in North Africa. By 5000 BC, people began to live in villages up and down the Nile Valley. Around 3800 BC, Nile culture began to flourish.

Mesopotamia - "The Cradle of Civilization." It is indeed a cradle, starting the first civilizations on Earth: Sumer, Babylonia, Hatti (Hittites), Phoenicia, Assyria, Chaldea, Persia, and Hebrews. About 4,000 BC. Mesopotamia is located between the Tigris River and the Euphrates River, in present day Iraq. Often called The Fertile Crescent & located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Persian Gulf.
