Its the social culture that girls mentality is developed that way. In arrange marriages always girls parents has to take lead. its the society system. But in love marriages girls dont want to propose 1st by words but they propose 1st by their EYES

Thats not true. In fact they also propose. But in most cases guys are impatient, dont like wasting time dont give much thoughts. Whereas girls are just opposite so things end up mostly with a guy proposing.

Guys are normally bold & outspoken esp in this matter. Girls are shy & factors like tradition, culture, society keep them away from proposing 1st. Girl feels secured when a guy proposes & also girls are emotional, so if she is gona propose & if the guy says no then it hits her very hard !!

Is there a trend for girls to start asking instead of guys? I mean...is that what youre waiting for? I dont think that guys have to propose to a girl, personally. Being in love with someone mutually, seems that you would discuss getting married. Then, perhaps it's an afterthought or noble gesture to propose and offer an engagement ring? Girls get giddy over that sort of thing...guys dont.

Um..... lets see. The purpose of dating is to find a suitable life mate. So a girl would be wasting her time dating you if you didn't see her as a potential life mate.
Or is it that you want a girl to propose to you? If that's the case, then maybe you should find yourself a boyfriend. Or grow some balls..... either way :)
