i can now upgrade and wanted to know what they offer you when you ring them.

My friend is with Vodaphone, and she swears by them, gets wonderful service, and great deals when she upgrades every year.
It's just a matter of calling them, which you can do for free on a vodaphone phone, and they will let you know what you can upgrade to.

To be honest I've never been that impressed with the upgrades I've been offered with Vodafone but I know other people who have. I think it just depends on what's availible at the time. Good luck, hope you get what you're looking for.

It depends on how long you've been with them and how much you've spent with them. My dad rung up the other day and they offered him a Nokia 6230i I think and he wanted a Motorola Razor, which he pushed for and eventually got, originally though they wanted to charge him £50, which is also what they tried to do to me when I upgraded. Essentially your custom is important to them so ask them for what you want, if they say no or suggest a charge then suggest you might consider joining another company and see if that works to change their mind. Oh and expect a 18 month contract instead of a 12 if you upgrade!

vodafone are crap, had so much hassle with them. any problems and they are not interested. on orange now
