Has anyone used Internet TV & which websites are good?

Does anyone recommend any good websites for Internet TV where you can watch sky movies etc. Also do you have a list of channels?

Hi, the best thing is that contact your Local cable Operator OR DTH operator, or see it on Y! Search, Google OR on MSN.
Search Keywords INTERNET TV, SKY MOVIES.

There is software available that supposedly gives you access to hundreds of SKY channels but they want over 100 dollars for the program. It all sounds a bit fishy to me.
