Just go to chat rooms about topics that interest you and find people you can IM and email and tell them you are still learning English and would like them to correct you if you make a mistake. I can probably help you. My contact info is show here if you click on my avatar.

Basic grammar is the hardest part and I can tell this is where you need help. If your vocabulary is adequate then you are ready to try this.

For example we don't say "with not fear", you say without fear. Fluency is a noun, fluently is an adjective so they have similar meaning but are used differently. So you don't say speak very fluency. People will figure out what you're trying to say but its not proper English and it will sound funny to them. You can say speak with fluency or speak fluently. Use fluently when describing a verb like speaking. This is how you use it most of the time. Hope that helps.
