Hi richa, now india enjoying real estate boom. Due to this so many companies entering into this sector. But starting own venture in this field requires huge money. I dont know how much money can offered by you. Intially you can start your venture as a real estate broker. You will be act as a mediater between seller and buyer. Just one office is enough for starting this venture. After that you can go for purchase of flats, and you can build the apartments by having good circle with builders and customers. all the best.

Take up a job with a construction company n learn the trade for 1-2 years.

That 's gud, that is also my family bussiness, but now i m also getting involved..first you must take basic kowledge about constuction, planning, material, projects, govt. agencies relationship, allotments etc.
I too want to start my business individually so i m searching for a partner.
